Explorer crash
It says that Explorer.exe encountered a problem and has to close. If I don't click on close, I can open programs and I can't seem to completely succeed. I scanned the PC with anti spyware, and it found Trojan, but cannot delete it. Deleting doesn't work because file is in use. This component in particular, I think is the one that makes Internet explorer crash. Can't get anything out of it. Please help.
