Keeping track of the dog

Monday, July 7th, 2008

I have a small dog, and although I love him very much in love to watch him when he gets up to his antics, I really do need to make sure that he does not stray into the road, and it is because of this reason that I decided to fit some really good Dog Fencing to make sure that he could not wander off and get himself into trouble or even get himself out. It was a really good decision on my part, because now I do not need to worry what he gets up to and he can roam around the garden as much as he wants.

Be Safe, Install Fencing

Friday, June 27th, 2008

If you live in a home that has a swimming pool you need to make sure the area around is safe enough to keep young children and animals out. If you do not have young children and pets, then this really doesn’t apply to you. But if you do, putting a fence around the area is the best, and safest thing to do. Kids and animals can be in your sight one minute and gone the next. Many children drown every year because the proper safety precautions weren’t taken with the swimming pool. If you put Pool Fencing up, you know they cannot get in.

Lawn Problems Can Be Overcome

Thursday, May 15th, 2008

When we built our new home, we were faced with 2 acres of land that was nothing but weeds and mud and lawn problems. Our big task was to get some grass growing. After getting quotes from local landscaping firms who wanted around $4000 for grading and planting seed, we opted to have my stepson come down with rented equipment. My husband and stepson spent an entire day grading, seeding, and rolling our yard, we're now in the process of praying for rain and hoping it will grow. After spending four years in Tennessee where only a wizard could grow decent grass, we're excited about having a good, old Iowa lawn again.
