I’ve been wondering lately if I shouldn’t look into dental office assistant careers. It would be a good way to get some references for dental school down the line. I’m not quite ready to go back to school full time yet.
In particular, I’ve been checking out
What A Dental Assistant Is and What the Do All Day. Salaries vary a lot from one office to the next, but there appears to be a shortage, so prospects are good.
I’m sick and tired of working where I am, so it’s worth looking into a potential change, at least.

My mother had a low back pain. Later I came to know that this is because of a degenerating disc disease. After poking around on the web reading up on Dental Assistant School, I think it’s worth considering. The pay does appear to be better than I’m making now, and the hours are decent.
I’m anxious to make a change, but I need to know more before I can commit to getting the training and making the switch.
