Process Owner
There are a lot of functions and workflows that go into a Business Process. First and foremost you have to define the work at hand. Secondly, you need to put these tasks that create the goal in an efficient order. Thirdly, you need a customer obviously to want the goal you are working on and you need to keep that owner satisfied. You need to be adding value to your product constantly and you need to make sure that there is a cross function capability between all your departments so they can work together. Above all this, you need a process owner to oversee the tasks.
